Guh-mayl!

So after a month or so of being very stingy with the Gmail invites, Google can’t seem to give enough away. I now have 6, and every time I use one it’s instantly replaced. On the off chance that someone reads this blog, hasn’t received one already, and would like one, just let me know. Help is on the way! (at least if your biggest problem is unthreaded email conversations).

They may be wrong, but they’re craftier than they look

It’s a simple proposition that rings true, but this is the first I’ve heard of it: conservatives will win in the long run because they have more babies. I always thought the stereotypical 6-child Southern NASCAR family’s population advantage might be somehow offset by the relatively larger amount of resources the smaller 2-child Northern HBO family could offer their children, but I had conveniently ignored the truism of 1 man, 1 vote. In fact, all they have to do is keep poppin’ ‘em out and feed ‘em enough propaganda with their gruel so that they grow up to good little Voting Drones. I really wasn’t planning on having more than two kids, but it would seem I now have a duty to feed my Party Machine, lest the world will be overrun with the vile spawn of Elephant-headed baby factories.
